PLGFS Movies Year Round Series

PLGFS is a year round resource of film for the LGBT community. Visit our front page to see our regular schedule.

With the series we hope to bring in some of the newer movies throughout the year and not just at festival time. This will allow us to show newer movies right after they are shown at other film festivals and before they hit DVD. Now you can enjoy GLBT cinema throughout the year.

2011 Pride Festival
As always PLGFS will play an important role in the annual PRIDE festival in Pittsburgh.

March 3	"Movies Year Round" Series presenting "March On!" at the South Side Works Cinema, 7:00 PM
June 12	Free Film Shorts at the Harris Theatre in conjunction with PittsburghPride 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
June 17	2nd Quarter "Movies Year Round" Series presenting "Kick Off"
September 9	3rd Quarter "Movies Year Round" Series presenting "Carol Channing: Larger Than Life" at the South Side Works Cinema, 9:30PM
October 14-23	26th Annual Pittsburgh International Lesbian and Gay Film Festival - see the Events Schedule for all the details!
